the hotel looked precisely like the pictures online, so there were no unpleasant surprises. the staff was friendly and even offered complimentary tea all day. the location is amazing, it's very easy to reach all the iconic spots.

the sound isolation isn't very effective and i could hear some noise from the street.

my room had a comfortable bed with fresh linens and soft pillows, ensuring a restful sleep. the air conditioning worked perfectly, a definite plus. the room also included a mini-fridge, a nice touch.

The staff was really responsive and helpful. They always answered my questions quickly. they also provided free water and tea anytime, i appreciated this. the free wifi worked well throughout the hotel.

while breakfast wasn't included, the hotel offers tea and water all day. many local cafes are nearby, offering affordable dining. i found some amazing local pastries just around the corner!!!

The hotel is situated close to the Kumkapı train station, approximately three minutes away. the sea is nearby, and there is easy access to both a BIM Supermarket and a 101 Supermarket.

we arrived late, but the person at the front desk was still helpful. i had a room with a kitchen, though i booked a family room with balcony. it was nice to find a parking spot close by, the hotel staff helped with this.

the room was very small, it didn't fit all our luggage. there weren't any regular room service . also, the cleaning wasn't that good, and the floor wasn't clean when i arrived.
